Parlor Welcome Party: May 8 and 9, 8pm
Parlor is having their big welcome to DC party at 1002 N Street NW on May 8th and 9th. Several people have asked about it due to the influx of parlor attendees at the regular meetup, so I'm including it here if you want to come and find out what it's about. No, that's not a typo, there's been so much interest they're doing 2 days of party. Feel free to come to either one.
ACX Meetup: May 23, 7pm
This month's meetup will be Saturday the 23rd at 7:00pm. If the weather is nice we may end up outside on the patio with a fire. As ever, all friends, plus ones, and interesting acquaintances are welcome!
We're potlucking, so please bring your best dish and drinks, several others will be as well. If anyone wants to organize other activities, please let us know.
The book exchange has also come back, so bring a book to share.
The address is 1002 N Street NW, follow the sign for "Free Utility". It's 2 blocks from Mt. Vernon square metro and 6 blocks from Metro Center. There is street parking, the 24/7 gas station at 1317 9th Street will cheaply sell you a spot. If you have any issues or questions, message us here.
