to Dbus-cxx
It's time for a status update on dbus-cxx version 2.0.

As you may be aware, I started on work for a 2.0 version about two years ago at this point, and I have been working on it off-and-on since then.  However, at this point I feel that it is ready enough for an alpha-level release.  This means that I am reasonably confident that everything is working, but there are still a few major changes that need to be done before we can do a beta release where everything should work.  Notable missing features at the moment are Qt/GLib integration,  making sure std::tuple works for a DBus struct, and implementing DBus properties.

I have a V2 Migration Guide that goes over the major changes for the new version, as well as talks about how to upgrade to the new version.

The new version may be found on the dbus-cxx-2 branch.  If you are able to checkout this version of code and go through the process of updating your code for testing purposes, that would be greatly appreciated.  The more testing that can be done with other code(rather than just the code in the dbus-cxx repository) the more confident I can be when the code is finally released.  There is also a list of questions in the V2 migration guide that need to be answered before a final release, and any feedback on those questions would be greatly appreciated as well.
