Using Azure Active Directory with MFA to authenticate dbup and Azure SQL databases

Is it possible to get dbup to accept AAD with MFA to authenticate against Azure SQL databases?  I tried changing the connection strings to use :

Authentication=Active Directory Password

but I get the error :

Due to a configuration change made by your administrator, or because you moved to a new location, you must use multi-factor authentication to access

and if I use :

Authentication=Active Directory Integrated

I get this error :

Failed to authenticate the user NT Authority\Anonymous Logon in Active Directory (Authentication=ActiveDirectoryIntegrated)
