Problems with deployment on EC2.

I'm having problem with a deployment of a django app on EC2 with gunicorn, supervisor, and nginx.  Both supervisor and nginx appear to run without problems, but I get internal server error when I try to go to the site. 

If anyone is free in the next couple of days to help with this that would be very helpful.
