Let us standardize Deviation Statement

Dear friends,

I am going to include "Deviation Statements" in dbSoft in the current updation. Though I have received two different Proformas for the same, still I feel they need to be improved. Please send the Deviation Statement proforma that is being followed in your office.

Please do co-operate for improving dbSoft!
