It gives us immense pleasure to announce that Centre for Management Studies of Lord Krishna Group of Institutions (LKGI) is organizing a two-day National Seminar on Management called SHODH - 2009, on “CHANGING GLOBAL BUSINESS SCENARIO : ISSUES & CHALLENGES” on 6 – 7 December 2009. Eminent academicians from premier institutes in India, corporate leaders as well as management practitioners from leading companies are expected to participate in the Seminar.
We have planned for faculty paper presentation on 6 December 2009 whereas the students shall make their presentation on 7 December 2009. The schedule of the event has also been mentioned in the brochure for your perusal and kind consideration.
We request your gracious presence on this momentous occasion, since this would be of immense motivation to the participating academicians, students as well as the organizers.
Further, I request you and other colleagues in your esteemed institute to contribute a research paper relevant to the theme/sub theme. I would like to bring it to your kind attention that selected papers out of the papers presented in the seminar will be considered for publication in the proceedings in form of book. The copy of the brochure for the Seminar is being attached herewith for your reference.

Guidelines for Papers Submission:
Participants are requested to prepare a research paper or case study on any of the sub-themes. Only original and unpublished research paper will be included in the proceedings of seminar. Selected papers will be included in the proposed research volume to be published by the institute.
- Contributions should be sent in MS word, Times New Roman, Font size 12.
- Send soft and hard copy of the paper.
- The paper should contain title page, abstract and details about the author.

Participation Fee:
· Practicing Managers and Entrepreneurs: Rs. 500/-
· Academicians Rs. 200/-
· Research Scholars/ Students: Rs.100/-
Participation fee should be sent by the Demand Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in India in favor of Lord Krishna College of Engineering payable at Ghaziabad. The registration fee can also be paid in Cash on the registration counter on 6 December 2009, the Seminar day. However for this the confirmation must be sent via E mail.
How to Reach Us:
LKGI is situated on National Highway – 24 at a distance of 18 Kilometers from Ghaziabad Railway Station. The participants may take the institute vehicle ply from different points. Alternatively public conveyance is easily available from Satellite Bus Stand of UP State Road Transport Corporation. Shared transport as well as auto rickshaw can be hired from railway station as well as from any bus stand in the city.
