Appended is the studio notes from yesterday's session.

A quick update. The team went through one round of interview session over the last weekend. From there, we realised that the information gathering strategy was not sharp enough hence we took some time to reorganised the questions and techniques. Kevin has sent the updated version yesterday evening 10PM. It is primarily shorter and more concise in the questioning and there are more talking and probing points for conversations.

We will have a checkpoint on Wednesday 3pm on the consolidate information from respondents (32 in all).

Thursday, the team will be going through the data for analysis and insights development.

If everything goes well, I am looking forward to the sharing session on 'Research Insights' next Thursday morning (23rd March 2013).

And do feel free to drop by next Thursday or Monday during our studio session.
