New Alpha 1.3.6

Hi everybody,

I have uploaded into the Source directory DBLog  1.3.6

It uses the new XML-RPC fldigi commands log.set_name and log.set_qth
so if the station had been worked before, these fields will be filled from
DBLog data base.
