not bad, but towards the end they seem to be including just about anything i.e. adobe photoshop and msn wont drive you crazy. In either case, two offenders that i thought were sure to be on this list are real player, and adobe acrobat reader. Realplayer has been consistently in the top of the charts for the worst software of all time (and it shows when you use it) while acrobat is a huge bloated slow viewer that has many free (if not opensource) alternatives available.
