maintaining internet,intranet,local security

precautions,protocols,do's,dont's,improving security,blocking and
enabling ports,ips,networks,

Hacking (ofcourse ethical [but non ethical if required])

Role of cryptography(also steganography) and how to go about it.

using batch,scripts,programs etc.

Wow, thats too much to ask for.
I am assuming you use some linux distribution.
So, if you are that keen, you should look into writing your own firewall after working on and finalizing your custom rulesets.You will learn a lot and also get some closure on important security issues and holes. I bet there are many good "HOW-Tos" on writing your own firewall.
