Select rows for deletion in tables?

In many other db browsers, there is a checkbox for each row that
allows me to click it and operate on this record. Is there way, when
viewing tables, to make selected rows for an operation - specifically
delete?

Actually, I could write the script and plug it in if I had an easy way
to manually select multiple rows to operate on. Is this possible?

Hi Cheryl,
In a table you should be able to highlight the rows you
want to delete and then select 'Delete rows" from the table
popup. I found some problems there when playing with it
just now. Is that what you need, assuming we get the problems
fixed?

Another approach:
If you have a key column, you can highlight the the values
corresponding to the rows you want to delete and copy them
to the clipboard using Ctrl+C (Command + C on the Macs).

I'll take a look at "Delete rows" now. More to come...

Hmmm.... I am running with pop ups blocked. Maybe I missed that. How
does one bring up the table popup?

I was referring to the table popup menu you can open
from a table view in one of the (Swing) desktop versions.
It looks like this: http://dbentrance.com/demo/popup.png.
To see them, run a desktop version, and open a table from the
explorer view by right clicking on a table cell (control-click
on the Mac)

(Turns out the problems I saw this AM had to do with having null
values in a numerical column. I have the fix and we will get it into
the next release. No data loss, just an inconvenient failure)

It turns out it is a ctrl-right click on my PC as well.
