Paano Magpagawa ng Bahay ang isang OFW Paano magpagawa ng bahay ang isang OFW? Una, isulat sa magulang o sa asawa kung magkano ang kaya mo, budget ang tawag dito. Tapos, iguhit ang korteng nais mo—ilang palapag, ilang kwarto, saan ang kusina, ang banyo at pati klase ng lababo. Sasagot sila kaagad, at ang sasabihin sa yo, yung budget na kaya mo ay kulang dun sa bahay na gusto mo. At ang sagot, "Sige, kung ano na lang ang itsura na pupwede sa pera ko", sabay buntong hininga at Sambit “oo nga pala, iba ang realidad sa mangarap ". Ngayon, paplanuhin mo kung paano magpapagkasya ang kita mo. May laan para sa pang-matrikula, gamot, pagkain at iba pa. At syempre, ilang bahagi nito ay sa pagpagawa ng bahay at yung matira (na barya) Pag-iisipan kung paano titipirin sa araw ng pagpapahinga. Sunod nito, bibilangin na yung naipon mong pera. Lumipas ang panahon, Ito ay hindi pa rin tapos Kapos talaga ang perang padala Kailangan pa ng buhangin at semento para sa pag-palitada, Kailangan din ng dagdag pang tabla para sa dibisyon sana, pambili ng kuntador, gripo, lababo, tiles, pintura inodoro at kung anu-ano pa ! Mamalasin ka inabot ng pagtaas ng gasolina, kasama sa pagtaas ng presyo ang buhangin, semento, yero at tabla, Tanong mo sa sarili, paano na kaya ang pagtapos ng pagpapagawa ng bahay ko, uuwi kaya akong ito'y may kisame't bubong at may palitada na? May lababo o banyo? O may tubig at ilaw na kaya? Kailangan pa ng pera, kailangan pang magpa-alipin pa Sige lang, tuloy pa rin ang trabaho, tuloy ang pagubos ng lakas sa pag-gawa para sa amo Kapalit nito ang konkretong bahay mo, di gigibain ng kahit anong bagyo Kasama sa isang bubong lahat ng mahal, si Nene, si Bunso ang irog mo. Pati na rin si Nanay at Tatay at mga kapatid mo! Ganito kahirap magpagawa ng bahay ang OFW! Hindi madali buuin ang pangarap ng isang OFW! Ilang taon ang bubunuin ng lungkot, ng pagod at hirap At kasama sa itinayong pundasyon ng bahay ang hinagpis ng paglayo sa mga mahal sa buhay Binaon sa poso negro ang katumbas na pawis sa pagtatrabaho Inihalo sa buhangin at semento ang luha ng bawat lungkot at sayang nadama Nakaukit sa pader ang hapdi ng karanasan at maltratong naranasan Nasa lahat ng sulok ang alaala ng pagtitiis at pagtitiyaga Isinisigaw ng kabuuang konkretong bahay kung sino may-ari nito Oo, siya ay isang OFW, ang iyong ama, ang iyong ina, ang anak mo, Tayo!

tama kuya jaycee! hehehehhe! pero doon sa mga salaries na hindi abot sa required ng bank di makaka avail ng loan :( sa Doha bank pwede basta abot ng 3500 konti lng yung maloloan mo di kasya pang bahay ng konkreto, pang bahay kubo lng heheheheh... sa Mashreq minimum salary of 5,000 :( ... bagsak ang pangarap kapag mababa lng ang sahod lalo na kung di pa nasasahuran every month yung iba.. heheheheh... kay hirap naman talaga :(
