RT69350 - Issue in 31lob.t for DBD::Oracle 1.28

Hey all,

just to keep you informed. Two issues has been found after
v1.28_1's release. Martin already took care of the first one (rt69305),
but the second one (rt63950) looks like it's going to be more involved.

In a nutshell, the test 31lob.t explodes for a 10g or 11g client
against a 11g database.

I should be given some tuits to look at it next week, but something
tells me this problem will require some strong Oracle-fu. So if anybody
else feel likes taking a look at the problem, please go ahead. :-)
