Hey guys,

So I was online yesterday at my designated 6-9 time slot to help people out with the course material and was actually able to guide a few people through some problems, which was awesome!

Some people are finding the relational algebra stuff a bit tricky, but I've finished up all the assignments for this week so if you need help, feel free to find me in the following chat room at the designated hours:

I'm starting to think that Tues/Thurs 6-9pm EST might actually suck for both people in Europe and further east, as well as myself since I end up skipping dinner :P The other issue is most people won't get around to trying exercises until the day that they're due anyway.

How does 9am-12pm on Sundays sound to you guys for chat room "office hours"?

Let me know!

M

Here's a good site you can play around with for SQL which goes into

Here is a little application you can 'fork' to play around with the
relational outputs of any dataset in ScraperWiki:

A general overview of the layout of ScraperWiki can be seen here:

you can change the query to look at different scraper data by typing
in the name of the scraper (the stuff after scraperwiki.com/scrapers)
in the box that is currently occupied by pcc-decisions-mark-3
