Director Sales Operations – Sydney or Kuala Lumpur
The Director Sales Operations (DSO) manages support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimisation, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, and assists the recruiting and selection of sales force talent. The DSO also directs the Bid Management Team within the sales organisation and acts as the Commercial lead for major bids.
§ Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritise opportunities for improvement.
§ Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organisation’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Works closely with sales management to optimise the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments.
§ Responsible for facilitating and ensuring appropriate internal reviews of all customer / supplier / partner contracts by the appropriate stakeholders in Clarity.

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA
Project Manager
The Project Manager will be part of the Clarity Services organisation delivering complex Clarity OSS projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring completion of the project on time, for liaising with the customer on project matters, as well as subcontractors and suppliers, the Clarity Product Development Team and ensuring completion of the work to the required quality.
§ Create, maintain and communicate project plans using Clarity’s Project Management SaaS tool, Clarizen, to all concerned
§ Report on project progress/status
§ Consult with management and review project Change Requests proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of resources.
§ Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources.
To be considered for this position you will have extensive experience as a Project Manager delivering a combination of Software and Infrastructure projects in the Telecommunications domain.
Infrastructure Consultant/Release Manager
You will be responsible for deployment platform sizing and subsequent installation of database, operating systems, and application programs and tuning of the installed application and environment suited to customer requirements.
§ Maintain a strong understanding of appropriate industry standards and typical solutions provided by competition.
§ Review and advise on technology options.
§ Coordinate and participate in regular post-implementation reviews and presents release metrics in order to assist with the evaluation of release quality.
§ Control the releases, defined as the combination of versions of all software, in-house and 3rd party, which have passed the testing series and are certified as working correctly together.
The successful candidate will have extensive Database Administration experience in Oracle 10G and ideally 11x as well as strong UNIX system administration skills ideally with SUN Solaris or HP-UX.

You will be part of an agile software development team, working as a Data Warehouse Developer on either a contract or permanent basis depending on the preference and availability. General responsibilities include:
§ Assisting in the development, communication, maintenance and enforcement of the overall business vision and architecture of the Clarity product suite

MUMBAI, INDIA
Test Analysts
The Tester will undertake testing activities related to independent verification and validation of Clarity system functionality and systems integration, by:
§ Testing existing and new functionality to ensure fitness for purpose.
§ Participating in all testing activities, including reporting to the Technical Lead daily of the impacts, consequences and overall activities of the testing processes.
§ Ensuring that standardised methods, procedures and tools are used for efficient and prompt handling of testing.
§ Creating test cases based on user requirements and functional specifications.
To be considered for this position, you will have sufficient Manual Software Testing experience, experience developing or testing applications written in Java & PL/SQL and experience with Clarity OSS or other OSS products.
Java/PL SQL Developer/Tester
You will be part of the Clarity Competency Centre contributing as both a Software Developer and Software Tester depending on the demands of current projects. This will role will ensure a variety for the appropriately skilled candidate.
§ Testing existing and new functionality to ensure fitness for purpose.
§ Participating in all testing activities, including reporting to the Technical Lead daily and reporting the impacts, consequences and overall activities of the testing processes.
§ Working through Software Development Lifecycle.
