About commandLine options

I need to compare two databases from command-line, I think I should
use command "commandLine -compare compareFile.xml". And I have no two
live databased, but two schema sql files. How should I use the
command. what is the options and arguments. is there any example about
the content of compareFile.xml?

You cannot compare two sql files, you can only compare two actual
database servers.
