Sorry to say, it’s just too cold and windy for a contest.
So no F5J Lite contest at Twin Towers Saturday Oct 15.

Guys,

The original plan for the 2 day event was for F5J Lite and then an ALES day.  Since we are only flying on Sunday I solicit your input as to which event you would like to fly.

PS:. Since it will be cold in the morning we are postponing the pilots meeting to 9:30.  Also make preparations to keep your flight batteries warm.

I’m selling the Explorer Q4 that was rescued from a tree last spring.  It underwent expert repairs from Jerry Shape and is in fine flying shape with some minor remaining dents.  Looks good.  Repair gained a couple of ounces, it’s 53 ounces RTF.  

Powerline Motor, Castle 50 Lite, MKS 6130 on flaps, MKS 6110 ailerons, K08 rudder/elevator.  Full set of brass slug ballast.    $1500; no plane bag, but nice Explorer sleeves for wing and tails.  I can bring Sunday if anyone’s interested.  Roughly $2400 in parts.  If interested and not coming Sunday, I can send pictures.  Very good price on a nice model.
