Now that he has some time on his hands, O’Malley said he’s hoping to get
back to New England and catch a Patriots [team stats] game and is once again
scheduled to emcee Theo Epstein’s “Hot Stove, Cool Music” show at The Paradise
on Jan. 10.

O’Malley’s also working with Jimmy Buffett on a TV show based on the
characters the “Margaritaville” main man sings about.

“We’ve been out to a few networks and hope to have a commitment by
Christmas,” he said.
