Volunteers Needed for Broomfest 2010!!

Broomfest 2010 is just around the corner and we are looking for volunteers to help with score keeping throughout the tournament.   Broomfest will be held on Saturday, August 28 at the new Goggin Ice Center on the campus of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.  Games start at 8am and will wrap up with a 7:30pm championship game.  We will be running games on both sheets of ice and will therefore need a scorekeeper on each rink for each game.  No score keeping experience required - we will teach you how to run the scoreboards.  If you are playing in the tournament but would still like to help out, we can schedule you to keep score a few games when your team isn't playing. 

This tournament was a huge success last year and we could not have pulled it off without the help of our volunteers.  I hope that many of you will take this opportunity to help our organization put its best face forward in hosting this years tournament.  Broomfest is the largest non-Minnesota tournament in the USA - be a part of something big and volunteer today!  Contact the tournament director at Ashley...@gmail.com to get signed up.  Thank you in advance for your support!
