Dear UT Austin Student Organizations:

The Summer Orientation Student Organization Fairs and BBQ's are almost here! These are a great way to introduce new students to your organization. Each Organization Fair will take place from 5-6 p.m. at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center. The dates are:
  • Tuesday, June 6, 2006
  • Tuesday, June 13, 2006
  • Tuesday, June 20, 2006
  • Tuesday, June 27, 2006
  • Tuesday, July 11, 2006
  • Monday, July 17, 2006
Should you participate, you will be provided with one 6-foot table and two folding chairs. There will be no use of your own tables, and only two representatives from your group are permitted.

Registration for this event is now full. If you have pre-registered for this event, you will receive a separate confirmation e-mail following this message. Otherwise, we invite you to join the wait line on the day of each event.  Please see the pdf below.
