Quick request for Daynote testers 📱

Thank you so much for participating in the Daynote closed testing! The testing process is ongoing, and your active participation is incredibly valuable for the project.

I have a small favor to ask:

1. Open the app today: Please launch Daynote and try creating or editing a quick note. Regular activity from active devices is crucial for our stats.

2. Leave an honest review: If you haven't already, please leave a short rating or review on the Google Play Store page. It doesn't need to be overly praiseful — any honest and constructive feedback regarding how the app works on your device is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I tested your app today as I constantly do, and left you a review on the Play Store some days ago. 

It would really help me a lot as well if you could also leave me a review for my app too! 😇

Btw, yesterday I wanted to send you a message but it seems like it wasn't sent, so I'll pour its content here.

I've tested it constantly, but somehow I missed the update.

I've updated it and the application forcefully closed when launched.

I had to reset my data; now it works.

It's nice to see I can now access the search feature.

I was a little bit confused I couldn't find a note I put in the notebook by date, but it's fine.

After editing a note's name I found while searching, its old version still appeared inside search.

Other than this, I hope it passes the testing period this time!

THERE IS A BIG BUG, THE APP CRASHES WHEN OPENED.

Thank you for sharing the details! I checked the crash log.

​The issue is caused by a local database conflict when updating from a previous test version. You can fix this immediately without waiting for an update:

​Go to your phone's Settings \rightarrow Apps \rightarrow Daynote.

​Tap Storage & cache and select Clear storage / Clear data.

​Open Daynote again.

​Alternatively, a clean reinstall (uninstall and download again from Google Play) will also solve it.

It works, thank you also for adding the jump to today button as well. 

The WhatsApp and telegram buttons in contacts don't work, the WA one doesn't seem to work for area codes.

I suggest also having a drop down to select which month or year instead of needing to scroll.
