You can raise your bounty as much as you want and complete that part of your milestones. First get in a pursuit and then find a ledge (ex. on top of the buses at the bus station) go as closes to the end of the buses away from the up ramp as possible without falling off and without a cop following you up the ramp. Then sit there and watch the cops go crazy. It's better if your heat is 2 or up as the lower level cops will sometimes lose sight of you and you'll cool off. At higher levels though the police will hover below you ramming into each other and everything else. This destroys their vehicles which in turn raises you bounty and length of your pursuit. You can sit there as long as you like but check behind you periodically just to make sure one of them hasn't gotten smart enough to come up the ramp. The highest I've gotten off one pursuit is almost 6 million bounty.

Engaging nitrous oxide shifts the weight of the car and in layman's terms, your car will attempt to straighten out. Combined with speedbreaker, it is possible to take on almost any turn without an appreciable loss of speed.

After defeating a blacklist rival, you may opt to take the pink slip from them. Since the contents of the pink slip is randomized, you should make an effort to save the game before racing a rival -- reload the game and restart the race if you get something you do not want.

After his defeat and arrest at the end of the Most Wanted game, he later had a black 2015 Ford Mustang GT and drove it in every Special Event during the Need For Speed: No Limits. The latter case implied that Razor either escaped prison or served his sentence and re-bought a Mustang similar to his old one. (If this is even canon to the Most Wanted/Carbon storyline.)

As the player came into town, he was working his way up the Blacklist until Razor takes interest in the player's BMW M3 GTR Race (E46). Razor challenges the player to a race and sabotages the ride by having the oil cap unscrewed so that the M3's engine seizes from lack of oil during the race in order to win the pink slip to his car. This led to the player being arrested by Nathan Cross and the Rockport Police Department (RPD). Using the BMW, Razor rockets to the top of the Blacklist, the fifteen best street racers in Rockport, and the most wanted by the police.

During his way up to the Blacklist, Razor contacts the player the most throughout the game, telling him things like the player meeting Rog in prison, sarcastically thanking the player for the BMW, and assuming that the player is working for the police, along with threatening the player repeatedly. In the end, the Player defeats Razor, but before reclaiming the BMW, Razor tried to prevent the Player from doing so until Mia took him down and reveals herself as an undercover police officer for the RPD. Razor and the other 14 Blacklist Racers were arrested by Cross and his men.

In Need for Speed: Unbound, where Yaz/Jasmine said after delivering the same BMW M3 GTR that got totaled in Palmont City, that he got out of jail and the first thing he wanted was their car. Here, in Lakeshore City, he was going under the name "The Blacklist".

Razor is a bossy, spiteful, and manipulative scammer. His arrogance as Blacklist de facto leader is seen in the first scene, when Razor makes his first appearance. He argues with Ronnie before mocking the Player. He tells Mia that he can smoke the Player when she said that she knew his ride does not have a chance against him.

In the race, knowing that he can be defeated by the Player, he sabotages his car and wins the pink slip for the BMW. He is mean to the Player every time he has the occasion, and went so far even mockingly calling him "sweetheart". He was also very dangerous, as he immobilized a total of 225 police vehicles and damaged 450 of those vehicles. He is also slippery, resisting police attacks until game's ending.

In addition, Razor's hubris of believing that by winning the race, even if he had to cheat, he would be more respected and recognized by the other racers, and would thus allow him to win Mia's heart. He also considers women to be inferior to him, as he often called the people he picks on "sweetheart", and even tried to assert his dominance over Mia by ignoring her when she pointed out that he lost, and even refusing to recognize her knowledge about cars.

The fact that he tends to surround himself with other women not only demonstrates his egotistical side, but also his hypocritical attitude despite claiming to have a crush on Mia. His willingness to cheat while speaking to the player that one has to earn a lot of reputation in order to land a spot on the Blacklist is overall another evidence of his hypocrisy.

Ironically, he got wrestled to the ground and arrested by Mia, who even refused to kiss him. Nevertheless, the player's loss only motivated them to get higher on the Blacklist, and would result with Razor's pride and errors in his ways becoming his ultimate downfall, and as the ultimate karma for someone like him.

In the first scene, Razor appears with a black muscle shirt, as well as some bracelets and tattoos on his arms. His overall physical appearance has short brown hair, dark eyes, and tattoos on his shoulder and above his chest. Additionally, he wore a black or white tank top, included with a black jacket and jeans. (Such as in the last race against him when you win your BMW pink slip back.)
