Hi all,
I'm writing this mail to update you all on the current status of the scholarship fund. Two weeks ago we got together and elected office bearers for the fund so that we can officially function as a scholarship fund. Idea was to create a bank account and then call for a meeting. Due to the unavailability of the constitution we were not able to create the bank account as we expected. Thus we had to wait till we prepare the constitution. Currently Gaveen is looking into the matter, and hopefully we can have a constitution ready before Wednesday. Once constitution is ready we can proceed to account creation and call for a meeting. Also I'm attaching the meeting minutes from the inaugural meeting. Once constitution is ready, I'll mail it to the group. Thanks.
