The Rev. Dr. Wiley Stephens, senior pastor of Dunwoody United
Methodist Church in Dunwoody, GA, concludes his Advent series with a
sermon from Micah 5 about Bethlehem, entitled "The Place Where Heaven
Will Touch the Earth."

Wiley takes on the role of the prophet Micah, telling his story and
announcing the coming of the Messiah from this seemingly insignificant
town. Be sure to visit http://day1.org to listen to the program or
read the sermon transcript online. And please share your responses to
Wiley's sermon in our new comments section, right below the sermon
transcript at Day1.org.. or simply reply to this email.

Thank you! Best wishes for a blessed Advent.

Wiley Stephens has a clever, insightful, and imaginative way to make Micah, the Old Testament Prophet come alive for our current and ever changing world. It is refreshing to read his sermon, "A Place Called Bethlehem". We return there with him and are inspired and changed all over again. Wiley is a pulpit artist. He reminds me of a Wallace Hamilton or a Gerald Kennedy. You listen. You think. You change. You walk away with a renewed vision what life is and what life can become. I needed that, for I soon observe my 83rd birthday. Old men also need inspired, refreshed, challenged and changed all over again.

Thanks Wiley. The very best good wishes to you and the wonderful folks at Day 1 at this very Merry Christmas. Happy trails throughout the coming year.
