We could pick up right where the movie leaves off. Since it is a basic reboot of the ST universe we have a gazillion options open to us now. I think the Qship might be a bit much. While it is an interesting idea. We have a chance to do some real exploring and adventuring that doesnt always end up blasting everything in sight. And besides the usual suspects (Klingons,
Romulans) we have Gorn, Tholians, possibly Cardassians (not sure when first contact was made), Orion Pirates, etc, etc.
Assisting in the rebuilding of Vulcan colonies with the loss of their homeworld makes for a great backdrop I think.
