Dawn & Tint Issue Trackers migration to the Chromium tracker begins May 2nd at 9am PT

Hi Everyone,

As you might know, Chromium moved over to a new issue tracker earlier this year, the Dawn and Tint projects will follow and migrate as subcomponents within the top level Chromium component. 

The migration is on track to begin on May 2nd, 2024 at 9am Pacific Time, and we expect that the migration will be completed by the end of the same day.

There will be downtime during this period as Dawn and Tint issue trackers within monorail will be marked as read-only. The new Dawn and Tint components within the Chromium issue tracker will not be available until the migration is completed.
