All Southern Clubs are eligible to vote. That is the By-Laws. But also keep in mind that your clubs are represented by your Club delegates and according to those same By-Laws ONLY THE DELEGATE can vote. There is no proxy votes or anyone ...allowed to stand in for them. It must be the delegate that has the current paperwork assigning them as the delegate. So please reach out to your delegate and ensure they are going to attend. If they can't, you need to have the paperwork assigning a new delegate present with the delegate. The TDS delegate can not make that meeting. So at our board meeting tonight, we assigned a new delegate and will present the paperwork to the Cal4Wheel Officers conducting the meeting so our vote is included. I only bring this up as ignorance of the By-Laws is not a valid complaint. So please take the correct action to ensure your vote is counted.
