Hello all,

I am forwarding the following letter from Somerville's Planning, Preservation and Zoning division, which was recently received by the DSNC board. 

Hello and Happy New Year Davis Square Neighborhood Council! 

 

I am reaching out as the Community Outreach Coordinator for the City's Planning, Preservation and Zoning division to request the Council’s participation in a community survey regarding drafted updates to gable and shed dormer standards.

 

As you may know, we are conducting a 5-year Zoning Review to evaluate and update the zoning code to ensure alignment with evolving community goals and neighborhood change. As leaders of our neighborhood, your insight is incredibly valuable. The results of this survey will be used to ensure the final dormer standards reflect community priorities.
