Thanks, Chris. Do you want RSVPs direct to your email or here in the full group? And how will we contribute to paying for the pizza?

Join us in person at The Dragon's Lair, 233 Elm Street, on Wednesday, April 22, 6-8pm. Zachary Yaro will be presenting their Quick-Build Safety Improvement Proposal and we're very interested to hear feedback from local businesses, neighbors, and everyone else who uses Elm Street. We'll be on the same block the proposal is targeting, so you'll get a chance to experience it in person and remember everything it has going on. Dragon will be open afterwords for neighborly socializing with beer and cocktails if you like.

You can read the full proposal on [the Elmway Action Group page](https://DavisSquareNC.org/projects/elmway).

Prefer to send feedback by email? Contact [elmway-ac...@googlegroups.com](mailto:elmway-action-group@googlegroups.com).

We'll do a followup Zoom meeting for folks who can't make it in person. If you are interested in that, feel free to reply privately with times of the week that would be convenient for you.

If you're likely to attend in person, an RSVP would help figure out about how much pizza to order. Include your pizza preferences and any dietary restrictions. [Pizza menu](https://www.dragonpizzasomerville.com/menu) is online! Everyone is of course welcome to attend even if they are not hungry.

Local groups (DSMA, SCPD, COA) are bcc'd and welcome to share the invite (flyer attached if you want a printout). City officials (also bcc'd) are also welcome to attend and hear raw feedback in real time, or wait to hear about the final outcome. The city is already moving forward this year with some improvements in the former slip lane in front of Mike's.

Thanks!

Chris

Feel free to RSVP just to me to avoid overloading everyone with emails they don't care about.

I'm paying for pizza. I don't want anyone to be reluctant to attend because they won't be having pizza or can't pay for it; this is mostly about planning Elm Street. If anyone wants a drink with alcohol, I expect you'll need to order that from Dragon personally.

We will, however, have the QR code for our Give Butter campaign that is accepting donations. If people want to give me cash or Zelle for pizza specifically, I will accept it and donate any extra to the DSNC, but am also happy to just have all the proceeds go to the DSNC, for reasons:

PJ has set a goal of at least $5,000 based on the expenses we incurred during incorporation, A/V equipment we need, expenses for the current election, another mailing going out when we have a Copper Mill CBA, room costs for events, and electronic accounts. The Board has been busy making spending decisions this month, and board members are shopping around for deals and asking for discounts and donations from vendors on services and equipment. If things go very well, we may be able to roll some of what we raise over into next year, or we could take on more projects. I expect PJ will present our budget spreadsheet at the April 27 general meeting for those that want more details.

Personally, I spent $1000.60 on postage today, and am hoping we raise enough money to reimburse that and our substantial printing costs. Getting mail to every address in our inner eligibility zone took a chunk of volunteer time when folks were already super busy with election logistics, but will I think enable us to reach residents and businesses we haven't otherwise been able to. Likewise, having seen us try to do with and without, the right A/V equipment and online accounts have proven to make a huge difference for inclusivity at our general meetings, committee meetings, and voter verification.
