Hi veg friends!
Happy shortest month of the year! Last month, Club Vegan delved into the world of raw food. This month we are capitalizing on the all-too-popular marketing holiday (Valentines Day!) to exchange words of wisdom, delicious recipes and all-around awesomeness about vegan chocolate!
I encourage you all to get creative and let your wild, chocolate side out! Desserts, truffles, mole, savory dishes and more! There may be time to do a quick raw chocolate demo! We might even get all crazy and talk about ethically sourced chocolate, too!
