Hi there,
we have a DAVIS346 but without AER pins. Is there any practical ways to connect the camera to Zynq and deal with the events in real time?  All I can think of right now is to connect DAVIS to the PS part in Zynq and using dv  c++  development kit to get events, then the events can be transferred to the PL part for processing through AXI. I'm wondering is there any easier way to achieve communication between the camera and FPGA? If so, I will be grateful if you could give some instructions or references.

You mean a DAVIS346Red? The red camera?  Is there no breakout available
on this camera via a side port? On the original blue version, there was
a side panel that could be removed and a little PCB with header on it
would bring out the pins.

Professor, thank you very much for the reply. Yes, the red camera. But without side ports.  Are the "SYNC IN" and "SYNC OUT" ports useful? The pics are attached as below.

Those connectors are for synchronizing multiple cameras and providing "external input event", not for AER access.  Better ask inivation support for options with this camera.

Hello, no, the DAVIS346 product has only USB as viable interface. You can connect that to the Linux part of Zynq, get the events via libcaer or dv-processing, and then send them in whatever format you want to the logic part via DMA/AXI.
If you want direct connection for the logic part, for events only, the DAVIS346 AER is the recommended product. See its manual for details:
