Also next week we will be having a mini-workshop on
reading R help files! It's great that R has a ton of built in documentation, but that documentation is only helpful if you can actually read it. Unfortunately it is frequently written for people who already know what they are doing, and are familiar with words like "argument" and "method". This workshop will help you translate "r-speak" into English. Snacks will be provided.
