Newsletter Special: Alan Dershowitz, Trumpscum Jew Against the Rule of Law

I just checked the newsletter master TOC and saw that the first time Alan Dershowitz appeared was in SHU 71!
In my brief time writing for The Huffington Post – where I, with other critics of Zionism, was ultimately kicked out by the Dersh HASBARAH types – I published an article on PILPUL that mentioned the Man:

Indeed, given his centrality to the White Jewish Supremacy and its ideological peculiarities – typified by PILPUL, it is no wonder that I have had Dersh on the Brain for many years now.
I just received another Dersh article which got me thinking that I should collect some of the Dersh Greatest Hits that I have gathered over the years.

I do not recall Dersh saying something similar about the Trumpublican Jewish Coalition, though they are there to praise him:
The RJC might not have started off supporting Trump and his Anti-Semite Alt-Right criminal cabal, but they certainly jumped on board when the coast was clear:

Like Dershowitz and so many Tikvah Fund machers, the RJC has sought to support the Lysol Agenda, as they remain resolutely silent on the racism that Trump presents to American Jews.
But more than the others, Dershowitz has acted – though he continues to deny it – as one of Trump’s many legal advisors. Indeed, he has tied his personal fortunes to Trump and to Trump’s crimes in a way that is consistent – as we read in the following articles – with his longtime shyster role to celebrity psychopath criminals like OJ, Jeffrey Epstein, and Claus von Bulow:

The special newsletter begins with two of my many articles on Dershowitz: The first discusses an appearance he made at The Steamboat Institute, which exposed the many contradictions in the Dersh-is-a-Liberal Democrat grift, and how his new Trump friends fit uncomfortably into his radically transformed world. In another article, I discussed an appearance Dersh made at a New York Barnes and Noble with Business Insider reporter Josh Barro to promote one of his many Trumpscum books, with Barro getting the best of him; the intrepid reporter unafraid to mark Dershowitz’s PILPUL proclivities and his shell game illogic.
The New Yorker’s Connie Bruck took at deep dive into the man she calls the “Devil’s Advocate,” as Politico’s Evan Mandery tracked the ways in which Dershowitz lost his Liberal status and became persona non grata in elite Left Wing circles, as he transitioned to FOX News and Trumpworld hero.
An article from Fox’s Ronn Blitzer reviews for us the ways in which that Trumpworld hero status took root in Right Wing circles. More than anything else, it was Dershowitz’s relentless refusal to hold Trump accountable to the Law which so impressed his Alt-Right followers. And Dershowitz loudly defended Trump from the various investigations and impeachments that all ultimately failed to hold him to account – because of incompetent prosecutors like Robert Mueller and Merrick Garland, but more because of Moscow Mitch and the Trumpublican Senate who refused to convict him at the two Impeachments.
I wanted to close the special newsletter with a few articles on Dershowitz’s Civil Rights hypocrisies when it comes to Zionism and Israel. Famously, one of Dershowitz’s many personal feuds took place with the Anti-Zionist polemicist Norman Finkelstein, who was the object of a cancellation campaign that led to his termination from his academic position:

Avi Shlaim excoriated Dershowitz for his HASBARAH hypocrisy, which came as an addendum to Dersh’s shocking promotion of the “Ticking Time Bomb” approach to pre-emptively “eliminate” suspected terrorists and the indiscriminate use of Torture to combat those suspected of threatening the holy State of Israel.
In the end, Alan Dershowitz has had a robust record of defending the indefensible, not for the reasons he presents, but for what is ultimately an authoritarian goal which links Zionist Colonialism and its regnant violence with Donald Trump and his psychopathic criminality. It is all of a piece.
Of course, every criminal is entitled to their defense, but in the case of Dershowitz this defense is turned into a set of sacrosanct legal principles that ultimately seek to subvert the Rule of Law and of democratic rule. Dershowitz is a repugnant narcissist who bullies his perceived enemies, which is foundational to the ways he manipulates the Law through his tortuous PILPUL; which serves to expose Ashkenazi Jewish thinking that has now become standard operating procedure in the world of the White Jewish Supremacists.
We must continue to monitor the Trumpscum Jews, Dershowitz in the lead, as America descends into juridical anarchy in a frightening context which has served to empower racists and Anti-Semites and Insurrectionists; the very people beloved by the Zombie Orange Pig and who have been given legal cover by miscreants like the Dersh.
