Two Days Before the Election Trump Campaign Surrogate Alana Newhouse Does Not Disapppoint!

Last Sunday in the Tablet Weekender e-mail newsletter Newhouse reposted two gems from her recent archive of Trumpism:

https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/news/articles/real-history-left-fascism

https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/arts-letters/articles/mccarthyism-wokeness-huac-blacklist

She reached back to the beginning of October to prove to us just how loyal she is to the Lysol Talking Points.

I noted Hoover Institute macher Russell Berman’s deeply duplicitous and offensive article “Left Fascism” in the following post:

https://groups.google.com/g/davidshasha/c/QQ2ZEAWRv8U/m/NlKtGMaMCAAJ

Berman is thus connected to our Trumpfriends Rabbi Meir Soloveichik and COVID Senator Mike Lee:

https://groups.google.com/g/davidshasha/c/JVae6I3QlmM/m/rDql86i4CQAJ

Indeed, I could see Tikvah Tablet Berman sitting in that august audience!

The second article is Blake Smith’s equally dispiriting Trumpgarbage “The White Scare” which does the Lysol Projection on McCarthyism somehow being connected to the Left:

https://groups.google.com/g/davidshasha/c/2CxHbJ3TksI/m/XI2blAWECAAJ

When I was looking at the Tablet Weekender e-mail, I could only think of my fellow SY community member Ricky Hidary and once again feel the shame of those Sephardim who continue to enable the Tikvah tricks of Zalman Bernstein’s progeny.

One Day Before the Election Trump Campaign Surrogate Alana Newhouse Does Not Disapppoint!

Not to be outdone by her Sunday e-mail, on Monday she gave us more Trumpism:

https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/news/articles/israel-woke-religion

https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/news/articles/narcissism-nyt-foreign-coverage

Rather than standing against Trump and the Alt-Right, Newhouse proved her Lysol mettle by doubling-down against “Wokeness” and The New York Times.

The first article is by Sephardi-hater Matti Friedman:

https://groups.google.com/g/davidshasha/c/wuylouYh6oc/m/06PUusQvEVIJ

It is a reminder that Self-Hating Sephardim like Mijal Bitton have sold their souls to the Tikvah devil, as their debased attempt to curry favor with the White Jewish Supremacy is all part of a larger Trumpist scheme to undermine the Sephardic heritage:

https://mosaicmagazine.com/picks/religion-holidays/2020/10/an-idiosyncratic-rabbi-who-learned-from-the-best-and-dismissed-the-worst-of-postmodernism/?print

And of course, we must thank Bari Weiss for bringing the deplorable Friedman to The New York Times:

https://www.nytimes.com/column/matti-friedman

And speaking of the NYT, Jacob Siegel attacks the paper for its “narcissistic” foreign coverage:

The Times’ choice to downplay the jihadist angle in its initial coverage and social media promotion of the attack on Paty provides a small window into a much larger transformation in the paper’s approach to “news.” On one hand, the paper of record now treats all foreign policy as domestic policy—i.e., as a mirror in which readers can see their own political concerns reflected. On the other hand, its domestic coverage is shaped by narratives crafted by partisan operatives and by the ideological demands of social media pressure groups. The Syrian civil war, Russian espionage, America’s war in Afghanistan, Chinese trade deals, European debates about sovereignty, and France’s battle with violent Islamists are reduced to grist for a content industry beholden to a small group of activists whose crusades now color how we see the entire world.

The two articles come right in time for the election, and play perfectly into the Trumplaybook.

All is Lysol!

On the Morning of the Election Trump Campaign Surrogate Alana Newhouse Does Not Disapppoint!

There was not much on the morning of the election, but what little there was validated the Trumpscum Lysol Talking Points mantra:

https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/community/articles/muslim-groups-back-coronavirus-lawsuit

As the country is in the throes of COVID, Newhouse once again decided to focus on the Lockdown restrictions:

On Oct. 6, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo issued the now-notorious Executive Order 202.68. Citing rising positive COVID-19 rates in parts of New York state, the order designated certain areas into red, orange, and yellow zones based on their case load. Notably, these regions included significant Orthodox Jewish populations and the order imposed sharp restrictions on their communal religious practice. In red zones, houses of worship were ordered to limit their attendance to 25% capacity or 10 people, “whichever is fewer.” In orange zones, attendance was similarly capped at 33% capacity or 25 people, whichever was fewer. This held true no matter how large the congregation, its building, or its outdoor property.

The usually Islamophobic Newhouse roped in the Muslims on this one:

“Our primary goal with this was to support the Orthodox Jewish community because we were very alarmed at Cuomo’s rhetoric and actions targeted at a community known for publicly lived faith,” said Ismail Royer, director of the Religious Freedom Institute’s Islam and Religious Freedom Action Team. “We saw viral videos of people harassing Orthodox Jews and referencing Cuomo’s narrative. In Islam, part of being a good neighbor is to defend those who are being harmed, and we felt a compulsion before God to raise our voice against this treatment by the government.”

This is what Interfaith Dialogue should look like!

Indeed, it is exactly what Lysol is saying right now:

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/nov/02/trump-biden-coronavirus-covid-lockdown

His words would be perfect for Tikvah Tablet:

In the final hours before election day, one of Donald Trump’s closing messages to Americans is an exaggerated threat: that a Joe Biden presidency will result in a national Covid-19 lockdown.

Speaking in Iowa on Sunday, the president said the election was a “choice between a deadly Biden lockdown … or a safe vaccine that ends the pandemic”.

Coronavirus cases are surging in the US and most battleground states are particularly badly affected. On Friday, the total case count surpassed 9m while the daily count set a new world record, at about 100,000. On Sunday 81,493 new cases were reported, according to Johns Hopkins University, and 447 new deaths. Nearly 231,000 people have died.

In Iowa, painting a dark and dystopian vision, Trump told a crowd of closely packed supporters, many not wearing masks: “The Biden plan will turn America into a prison state locking you down, while letting the far-left rioters roam free to loot and burn.”

That came after he told a rally in Pennsylvania, another swing state, there would be “no school, no graduations, no weddings, no Thanksgivings, no Christmas, no Easters, no Fourth of Julys” under a Biden administration.

We know exactly where Newhouse and her cabal stand on the Murderer-in-Chief.

The Day After the Election Trump Campaign Surrogate Alana Newhouse Does Not Disapppoint!

I spent the day after the election making Shabbat dinner, and then going out to Prospect Park to do the day’s reading:

https://www.amazon.com/Sacred-Attunement-Theology-Michael-Fishbane/dp/0226251721

I recently mentioned the neo-Paganism of Fishbane in my article attacking Arielle Angel’s Sephardi-cide:

https://groups.google.com/g/davidshasha/c/Q82jUjKiHMk

Fishbane is part of the New Talmud occult conspiracy, which is deeply informed by the work of the deplorable Moshe Idel:

https://kavvanah.blog/2010/07/08/david-shasha-on-kellner-idel-and-nationalism/

And – right on cue! – we get a Tikvah Tablet article from Idel himself!

https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/history/articles/moshe-idel-kabbalah-autobiography

The article was immediately re-posted by Tikvah Mosaic magazine:

https://mosaicmagazine.com/picks/history-ideas/2020/11/from-communist-romania-to-the-kabbalah-of-jerusalem/

It is an interview from the aptly-titled book Moshe Idel, Representing God!

https://www.amazon.com/Moshe-Idel-Representing-Contemporary-Philosophers/dp/9004280790

It appears that the book is from 2014, so it is not clear what the point of printing it now is.

But it does give Sephardim a chance to see our nemesis; the man who has single-handedly worked to destroy traditional Jewish civilization and impose a cult of the occult on Judaism.

I was intrigued to learn that Idel worked in the Israeli military as a “Combat Engineer.”

Idel is completely analphabetical in his disdain for the Jewish literary-religious tradition, and it is quite appropriate that he has done to the Palestinians what he has done to the Jews.

Thank you, Alana Newhouse for this gem!

Two Days After the Election Trump Campaign Surrogate Alana Newhouse Does Not Disapppoint!

On Thursday we got this piece of bizarreness from Jacob Siegel:

https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/news/articles/joe-rogan-the-aleph

It recalls fellow Tikvah Tablet Neo-Con Bari Weiss’ praise for the degenerate Trumpscum Rogan:

https://groups.google.com/g/davidshasha/c/6x0rL3dgUqQ/m/nuHHgsS6AQAJ

It is hard to know where to begin, given that Siegel has no idea of Borges is:

To appreciate the meaning of the Rogan phenomenon, it’s best to leave Frum and turn to the work of the Argentine writer Jorge Louis Borges. In Borges’ short story The Aleph a character discovers that an acquaintance’s basement contains a portal into infinity called ‘the aleph.’ In this single point located on a cellar stair, all of space-time has been compressed and is revealed to the observer who stumbles into just the right position to peer through the keyhole into existence.

For those who do know Borges, the following characterization is demented:

The multitudes of America, elsewhere denied and hidden, are revealed in the Joe Rogan Experience. On Internet messageboards, Rogan-admiring conspiracists and gossips posit that the podcaster's unusually large head is the result of a fitness regime supplemented with human growth hormone. I have a different theory. It is my belief that Rogan’s prominent cranium and bulging physiognomy are the physical manifestations of a fluctuating aperture, a portal through which one glimpses the cultural mood of the American mind and spirit that is, at that moment, most popular and most repressed.

I have been reading Borges for many years, and would not hazard a guess as to what he might say about the Trump era, but it is clear enough that Siegel’s delusions are not exemplary of what is Borgesian.

I have discussed Borges and the Sephardic tradition in my article on Carlos Fuentes:

https://groups.google.com/g/davidshasha/c/w3I3fHVII78/m/f7SGLMNAaSUJ

Siegel is with Weiss as he surveys the Poptrash Idiocracy:

Only three modern candidates competed in this year’s presidential race: Futurist Social Democrat Andrew Yang, mystical love-healer Marianne Williamson, and the avant-garde Christian humanist Kanye West. None had a chance. Instead we got two men aging into their late 70s whose attachments to the past, even in the insults they use to discredit each other, obscure the kind of future they would work to bring about in America.

It is all New Age twaddle in a Neo-Con manner; a place where the Trumpscum moron YEEZUS can actually be called, without any sense of shame, a “Christian Humanist”!

Fundamentally Rogan is not a political figure. He is a modern American original seeking out his providential destiny in comedy, mixed martial arts, podcasting, elk hunting, some new frontier. He channels something elemental in the national character, which makes him fundamentally unlike most media figures who merely surf currents of ephemera. His instinctual attachment to his countrymen and the promise of American freedom does not dampen the disgust at jingoism that he shares with Mark Twain, Muhammad Ali, and Bill Hicks. And he loves to talk; long talks navigating challenging subjects that veer from comic asides into the dark, beckoning regions accessible after the third drink, the second toke, the daily microdose. On his show, Rogan has 2-to-3-hour long, deeply engaged, and open-minded conversations with a diverse cast of guests ranging from the stalwarts of the Intellectual Dark Web, dissident left-libertarians like Glenn Greenwald, health experts, powerlifting champions, professional prizefighters, quantum physicists, and fellow comedians. Critics charge that Rogan’s rebellion against woke dictums and political correctness is motivated by cruelty and the white cis male propensity for bullying and oppression. But his characteristic qualities are curiosity, empathy, and a boundless and sometimes naive desire for self-improvement. He is an all American tinkerer and self-taught amateur intellectual. There is plenty of macho posturing and arrogance as well but it is simply human, not fundamentally vicious.

Visible through the Rogan Aleph is the obvious untapped majority in the American electorate that favors a political arrangement combining a moderate redistributionist welfare state with moderate social conservatism. This coalition has promised an electoral victory for the past decade and yet neither party has really captured it.

I am not sure what more I can say about just how sick Alana Newhouse is.

Three Days After the Election Trump Campaign Surrogate Alana Newhouse Does Not Disapppoint!

On Friday we got nothing but more pro-Trump Lysol memes:

https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/news/articles/the-new-jewish-vote2

While many of us took a very deep breath as Pennsylvania served to bury the Murderer-in-Chief and his criminal cabal, leaving them tortured and desperate for a way to avoid the impending indictments, Newhouse gave us one more attack on the real Jewish enemy – De Blasio and Cuomo!

For much of America, election night had the dread clarity of psychedelia, every passing minute sharpening every last visual or mental input to a point of unbearable acuteness. Existence itself was on the offensive; it was as if the entire nation were staring at smartphone or television screens layered in raw onion. Seemingly the only off-ramp from this hell led to an apartment on a quiet block in Crown Heights, alongside three Chabad Hasids who seemed blissfully detached from the whole thing. Between the hours of 11 p.m. and 1 a.m., Ohio went for Trump and Wisconsin went for no one and civil war broke out in Ethiopia. And yet there were more important things going on, even if the millions of people obsessing over the election had been tragically forgetful of this fact.

The Trumpscum COVID Jews are still very popular in Tikvah Tablet land:

One shift had to do with the unique appeal of Donald Trump, whose seeming commitment to Israel, claims to defending religious traditionalism, and surprisingly granular overtures to the Orthodox community dating from the early days of the 2016 campaign turned the president into a beloved figure in parts of Brooklyn and Queens—in the days before the vote, Trump flags festooned intersections on 13th Avenue in Borough Park. The other shift was the coronavirus.

In the month before voting began in New York, Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo enraged Orthodox communities by shutting down schools and religious institutions by decree in response to a local increase in coronavirus test positivity rates. The Jewish community did not appreciate their neighborhoods being declared “red” and “yellow” zones during televised press conferences while viral upticks in the rest of the state went suspiciously unremarked upon. Yeruchim Silber, a rabbi and director of New York government relations for Agudath Israel of America, wrote by email that he believes high Orthodox turnout was a function of high turnout nationally. Still, he added, “The whole COVID issue is one where people’s lives and routines have changed in a discernible way due in large part to government regulations in regard to closing of schools, houses of worship, along with other restrictions. People have felt frustrated and speaking at the ballot was a way for them to be heard.”

A truly disgusting article, promoting the warped values of some very disgusting people.

A fit end to the Tikvah Tablet election week.
