Nellie Bowles, “Human Monsters,” and Original Sin
In her weekly Neo-Con offering, Ms. Bowles provides us with a “Jewish” view of Human Nature, that sounds very Christian:

Bowles agrees:
The deeper I go into living Jewishly, the more I see a divide between the Jewish view of human nature and the modern progressive view of it. Namely: Jews see humans as fundamentally flawed, naturally imperfect, always striving to be better selves, always stumbling.
She offers no actual Jewish sources to support her Christian idea.
She ignores the fact that the Hebrew Bible maintains that human beings are created in the image of God.
Is God a “monster”?
Or maybe she believes that human beings were created in the image of Jesus?
And if human beings are born “monsters,” are they responsible for anything they do?
After all, if God made us “monsters,” then if we act like “monsters” it is not really our fault.
Apparently, she does not seem to see the root of the “monster” idea in Christianity’s idea of Original Sin:

But I suppose that is ultimately the point: It is essential to the New Convivencia where Jews become Christians.
She then goes on to attack Social Justice and Cancel Culture, because that is what you do:
The only way to earnestly argue for police abolition is if you believe that the human heart is good and pure, that we naturally want to adhere to rules and not commit crimes. Greed, cheating, violence, cruelty are all perversions forced on us by a toxic society, a perverted economy, and repressive institutions. Fix those problems and our flaws disappear. Abolish the police. Lions will lay with lambs.
You have to see something like cancel culture (a term I’ve worked to avoid for years but here it is) in that way. The people who believe a single social error — dumb tweets sent as a teenager, let’s say — should destroy a life and make a woman unemployable, socially ostracized and ideally unbanked . . . those people may seem like jerks. But look at it through this lens, and perhaps their impulse comes from an idyllic view of human nature. If you are willing to ruin a person over a mistake, you must think that mistakes are wild aberrations.
The optimism is the danger.
I suppose this is an effective way of branding in the SAPIR world!

The problem is that sociology and social history are more complex than this interpretation of “systemic racism” allows. All race-based inequities are not due to “prejudice.” Moreover, all race-based inequities do not lend themselves to the kind of solutions that eliminating “prejudice” do. For example, to attribute black students’ lesser performance on standardized tests to “racism” is an extremely fragile proposition. To simply eliminate the tests as “racist” because black students underperform on them is an anti-intellectual and even destructive idea.
Foster:
When invoked by activists or academics, the concept is deceptively matter-of-fact. If America’s laws and institutions tend to generate racially disparate outcomes, then, irrespective of intent, the country is “systemically racist.” This definition makes it easy to fold everything from the impact of Covid-19 to police-involved killings to standardized testing into the same politically charged and counterproductive framework.
Then we get the Asian-American Reverse Discrimination macher Kenny Xu, who claims that Institutional Racism is being directed not at Blacks, but at Asians.
The Asian college discrimination thing aims to demonize Affirmative Action:
The central tenet of the American dream is captured in the 14th amendment of the constitution: the state will not “deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” No American deserves to be denied based on his background or the color of her skin. All Americans deserve to be treated on the basis of individual merit alone.

The reason we should cancel Cancel Culture is that it does not allow the Zionist Fascists to express themselves with impunity:
Last year, left-wing Jewish groups, including Workmen’s Circle, J Street, Jewish Alliance for Law and Social Action, Jewish Labor Committee, Keshet, New Israel Fund and Women of Reform Judaism, filed a petition to expel ZOA, claiming that the rhetoric used by Klein “crosses into xenophobic and racist territory” and is “not compatible with and is in conflict with the mission of JCRC.”
Specifically, the petition criticized Klein’s rhetoric concerning the Black Lives Matter movement, as well as past comments against Jewish mega-philanthropist George Soros, former President Barack Obama, and current Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) and Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.).
Despite the outcome of the vote on Tuesday in favor of ZOA, the JCRC has been criticized over the petition process, with some calling it a double standard of accusing ZOA of engaging in white supremacy but ignoring the purported misconduct of other organizations.

The Republicans chose African-American Uncle Tom Tim Scott to present the Seditious rebuttal to the president’s excellent Pro-America speech on Wednesday night:
