Product Owner
Pleasanton CA - Remote
(Digital & Analytics Practice) is seeking an experienced SAFe POPM certified Product Owner to manage and prioritize customer requirements and work closely with the engineering department to ensure the business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Responsibilities
• Managing & prioritizing customer requirements
• Work closely with hospital wide, engineering department to ensure the
business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Defined the product vision, strategy and roadmap. Gather, manage, and
prioritizes market/customer requirements.
• Act as the customer advocate articulating the user’s needs.
• Use technical product knowledge to deliver insights and solutions.
• Delivery within 95% of plan while working in a hybrid agile/waterfall
development process.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops, create a shared understanding with
stakeholders, and engage team members to gather and understand requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to decompose large
stories into features and user stories that can be understood by the development team.
• Translate features and functions into documented items for the
development team.
• Create acceptance criteria to express requirements. Ensure test and
validation plans are complete.
• Conduct testing such as functional testing, user acceptance testing
(UAT), automated acceptance testing (AAT), and specification by example.
• Become a subject matter expert for assigned area and assist in product
design and vision.
• Be the primary liaison between product managers and development teams.
Communicate scope changes to the delivery team.
• Lead grooming exercises.
• Accountable for sprint readiness and delivery.
Required Skills
• SAFe PO/PM certification required

methodologies, and working under pressure in fast paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, and proven ability to communicate
effectively across the organization.
• Ability to lead decision making through influence, with the ability to
make sound decisions in the best interest of the client as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

different types of working styles on client site.
Qualifications
• SAFe POPM certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or
Product Owner, working on Salesforce projects focused on software development and web services.
• At least 5 years in direct support of a large scrum effort for a
software development project.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum, supporting Agile efforts, preference given
to Scrum Alliance Certified and/or PMI-ACP applicants, and Product Owner Certified candidates.
• At least 5 years' experience writing user stories, vertically slicing
features, using test suites, and maintaining scrum backlogs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to
interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating
stakeholder workshops.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments with
tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
• Experience with JIRA desired.
• Experience with Salesforce, mobile apps, digital products are
desirable.
