Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Systems Administrator

Responsibilities :

Work as part of the DevOps team to upgrade multiple existing ODI versions to a single united version

Using DevOps concepts and tools, develop and implement automation pipelines

Develop self-service tools for development and support teams

Develop comprehensive monitoring and alerting

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Minimum of5$years direct experience with Oracle Data Integrator$

In-depth understanding of Oracle Data integrator (ODI) and WebLogic server

configuration and support

Demonstrated support of Oracle Data Integrator administration in a production

environment

Implementation of monitoring to ensure required availability.

Experience with Oracle databases

Strong verbal and written communication skills

ODIVersions:12.2.1.3or12.2.1.4

Preferred:

 Understanding of ODI Code Development$

 Experience in Tuning of ODI scenarios

 Experience with Oracle support. Opening tickets and following up.

 Experience troubleshooting ODI/WebLogic issues

 Experience with Oracle Coherence$

 Automation in one or more scripting language: Shell scripting, PowerShell, Python,

etc.

 Experience with Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Datadog, DynaTrace

 Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Chef, Puppet

 Experience with Continuous Delivery Tools: Jenkins, TFS, Bamboo, Terraforms, etc.

 Knowledge of network and security concepts and technologies

 Knowledge of the core concepts, principles and practices of systems engineering.

 Knowledge of ITIL processes and Change Control

 Financial services industry experience a plus


