CALLING IN BURNING MAN TICKET MIRACLE FOR MY BIRTHDAY WEDNESDAY AUG.
26TH
Celebrating in gratitude
52 journeys around the Sun next Wednesday...

crass though it may seem to some to brazenly advertize these things
one of the things i've learned over the years
is that if you don't give folks the word about your birthday
you cant expect everyone to telepathically know it's happening

on that day i hope there's lots of laughter, love making, and feasting
and laughter:
fruit, chocolate, cake, cream pie, and ice cream eating for
everyone...
i hope to begin the day with standing on my head
followed by catching a couple body surfing waves
after that... i'm open...

then over the next few days
make my way to Burning Man
which starts on Sunday night /Monday morning aug.31st
& goes through Labor Day

i have a chance to screen
THE SACRED GEOMETRY PAINTINGS VOL.1
at a couple theme camps there
now all i need is a ticket , food, & gas$...

after Bman i have an opportunity
to fly in a friends small plane
to do an aerial photo survey of
the two archeological sites i've discovered in Big Sur...
i feel these may be connected with the Hopi story of their emergence
from the 3rd world to the present 4th world
following the last world purification/destruction...
(see: THE BOOK OF THE HOPI by Frank Waters; Viking Press, 1961)

last week i shot and edited a 2 hour movie
entitled: EMERGENCE
telling the true personal story
of both finding these 2 sites over the past 16 years
and detailing the connection to the Hopi tale...

i shot it in a single closeup, talking head, format
in kind of a "MY DINNER WITH ANDRE" but without Andre, style
just telling the story to the viewer
as if you are right in front of me...

hope to screen the latest cut of the film at Bman as well...
will be setting up a couple private screenings in L.A.
after editing the aerial footage in Sept...
