Far as I can tell the turns haven't been running, so you're just looking at the same turn over and over again.

Hmm, actually they have been running since the beginning of June at least. I had just managed to somehow route the turn reports to my spam folder. 

Dave, would it be possible to regenerate the map? Would be interesting to see how large some of the empires have gotten.
