memberless EDA "not the end of the world"

Hmmmm ... I'm sad to hear that you plan on resigning from the EDA as well.

Both of us at the same time ... hmmmmmm ... 

Yes, I will chair the meeting on Nov 16.

That means that we have to find two officers instead of one.

That's going to be a little trickier.

Either way, we'll figure it out.

If the EDA doesn't have officers for a little while, it's not the end of the world.

I will stay on as a member at large and make sure that the paper work is taken care of.

I'm not leaving the EDA. I just can't have an official role as per EDC's requirement.
