Morning Gentlemen,

congratulations on a successful AGM last night.

It wasn't pretty but it was efficient.

A big Thank You to Clement for stepping up and agreeing to be the EDA CEO.

This avoids a major headache for our EDA and puts us in a good position to continue the EDA and to begin to grow it.

Also, Thank You to jme for agreeing to continue as the FA until we can find a replacement. 

Also, Thank You to Matthew for showing up even though he was quite sick.

You've all shown your dedication to the cause and I appreciate you all for it.

Attached are the minutes from our AGM.

Let's continue to work together to maintain a functioning Davenport EDA & CA which will set us up nicely for future growth.

Looking forward to working with you three exceptional people in the future.
