Re the lines in Tefilla:

"Hamelech Hayosheiv Al Kisei
Ram V'Nissa
Shochen Ad Marom V'Kadosh Sh'mo":

I wonder why this was changed from the original in Yehayahu 57:15 -  especially the transposition of the word Marom.:

"(Ki Khoh Amar)
Ram V'Nissa,
Shochein Ad,
V'Kadosh Sh'mo,
Marom V'Kadosh Eshkon"

This seemsto me to lead to ambiguity as to where Marom should fit into the phrasing.

There would seem to be 2 options.

On the one hand, Marom is one of the qualifiers of Eshkon, so in the line in Tefilla, it could be said to similarly qualify Shochein - so the phrasing (of the line beginning Shochein Ad) would be:

1(a) Shochein Ad,
1(b) Marom (meaning V'Marom);
2.      V'Kadosh Sh'mo.

On the other hand, given that in the pasuk, Marom V'Kadosh go together, perhaps in Tefilla they also go together, so that the phrasing would be:

1. Shochein Ad;
2. Marom V'Kadosh Sh'mo  (even though Marom isn't a qualifier of Sh'mo in Yeshayahu)

Perhaps both meanings are intended, and it's as if the word is repeated.
