Informal survey:
When is the Ellul shofor sounded in your congregation?
Just before Kap. 27 LeDovid?
Just after Kap. 27 LeDovid?
After last kaddish?

in EY i think the vast minhag is just before 27 (they say "ein k'elokeinu", kaddish d'rabbonnon (if applicable), (borchu on S/T/W/F) then shofar, then kap. 27

In the minhag-Ashk'naz minyanim associated with the JEC Elmora Shul of Elizabeth, NJ: after the last Qaddish; in the minhag-Ashk'naz minyan in Bais Yitzchok of Elizabeth: before "l'David".
