As humorous as the article is, it's really no laughing matter.  On the news today they said that the situation is becoming worse with the warm weather bringing in many swarms of locusts. The Agriculture Department is trying to figure out what's best to do and has already sent out several planes to fumigate. A timely reminder for Pesach.
