Dave, your post was so intriguing that I had to go read the entire
thread.
Could it really be that simple? Just have to have great contenders,
and an elimination button to not play every race.
Back to the drawing board for testing this one.

No, it is probably not that simple. I have already made several
changes in the strategy, but it is a good starting point.
