community an opportunity to join us for a wonderful, fun, Shabbat Dinner.
Everyone is invited to join us at a great location in Northern Liberties
and spend an evening with friends, eating, drinking and meeting a very
interesting man, who will be our guest for the evening. Mr. Raslan Abu
Rukun is an Israeli Druz who represents Israel as a Deputy Consul General
to the Mid-Atlantic Region of the United States. Our special guest will
update us on Israel today, as well as diversity in Israel. Being an
Israeli Diplomat, while not Jewish himslef, Raslan Abu Rukun has a very
