Hi Jim,
After it did start printing this small window appeared on the desktop with these 4 icons. (attached)
When I click on the "gear" I get this other window, which does NOT have the facility for cleaning the print heads.
My guess is: that after I got the Epson printer software updated, it is just gradually kicking in . . which is fine, but still apparently no way to clean the print heads.
Odd!!!
