Printer that always works question.

Many many many years ago I bought a Dell laser printer, on close out. It has both color and B&W printing. It has worked flawlessly over the years although it needed several software updates to keep up with Apples software. It worked a few weeks ago in Illinois for me as always.

Down here in florida I am struggling to find a printer that is comparable to the sweet boy in the north. I just wantt something that always just works. And I am willing to go the costs of a laser as long as it works with Mac apple latest software.

Any suggestions. I don’t like having to jump thru a Bunch of hoops every time I want to print one page. Hp seems to like making me jump thru hoops.
