Bring your questions to the meeting next Monday at 7P CDT, Donna, and I'm sure you can get answers that will help. Not sure why you want/need to know who has your old phones unless you sold/gave them to someone directly. If you reset to factory defaults before you return it, what difference does it make who gets it next or where it goes. Back up your XS, then restore to your 17 and then reset the XS to return it. What are they giving you for the XS? If you check the market, it may be worth more to sell it yourself?
Jim and Al at the meeting have a lot more experience keeping up to date with phones and probably have better answers.

I believe I’m on my 3rd iphone (17) now.
When I went to the Tmobile store I told them I was trading my old XS in for the 17.
But I don’t remember if my son’s business bought the XS for me or if I just paid for it at the TMobile store.  How do we find out who/when we bought our phones?  His business sent me a “return your item” package.  When I was at TMobile they told me to take my old XS and make sure everything I wanted to save was off of it and then return it to the TMobile store.
Now I’m not sure what to do.  So is there a record of who bought my iphones somewhere?
Best advice?
