Hi again,
For a long time, I have had a folder in my email box labeled Family. It has disappeared. How do I get it back?

Hi Mary,
Depending on your system, the folder may just be hidden. In the sidebar of Mail, look for the major heading and hover over the area to the right. As you move the mouse over the area either a down arrow ( V ) or a right arrow ( > ) will be displayed to open or close the area below. Hopefully, you will find your missing mailbox.
